Managers' term of office is basically 3 months. The positions should be renewed when necessary. They are asked to be chosen in an election among staffs, operated by the owner. The candidacy submission template is here.
When there are three or more candidates in one department, two candidates who got the largest numbers will win the position.
When there are two or less candidates in one department, the election will be a vote-of-confidence: in other word, the candidates have to have more than 2/3 of votes to get the manager positions.

Managers have to thank staffs who are contributing to Dark Haven.
Role definitions of managers

Hire job seekers willing to be staffs. The details are written in Section 5.
Treat your subordinates as family members of Dark Haven staffs. Ask subordinates constantly if they have any problems in doing their jobs.
Hold meetings when required.
Each manager has independence and responsibility when they make decisions.
Managers have to tell the owner the decisions and ask the final decisions. Otherwise the owner vetoes.

Mall Management: If somebody asks rental stalls, give the person a merchant title.
Hiring new staffs.
Review job applications and hold job interviews. When the applicants are willing to be DJs or hosts, have job interviews and hold 2-hour audition and see their performances. When the job applicants are willing to be knights, have job interviews and two-week-long trial term.
During the audition, the applicants can use the red wine glasses at the bar.
When hiring, ask the new staffs to reserve time slots on the schedule board.
Announce in the public group that new staffs joined so that all member know.
Handling guest staffs.
We may have guest DJs or Hosts occasionally. In this case, managers need to be told before we welcome the guests, and the guest must be under our regular staff's directions, putting a title so that people understand they are the guest staffs. No need of job applications because it is not under hiring process, therefore we don't pay wages as well. Only if we have official contracts before the events that we would pay rewards after the event, we will pay.
Laying off somebody, including other managers.
When a manager needs to lay off staffs including other managers, the manager has to ask the owner with valid reasons.
Laying off somebody without approval with the owner is not allowed. However, if somebody is inactive, managers can put their title off. The role of off-duty staffs is written here, <staff rules No.3>
