<Staffs’ Rights>
You can use staff-only tip jars. DJs’ jar is a music note. Hosts’ jar is a star. For other staffs, blue wine glasses at the bar are the tip jars. 10% of the tip will go to the owner to support the running cost of Dark Haven. (Tip jars on the floor cuts 20%.)
The wage payers are at the DJ booth. The wages are appreciations from the owner who cannot join your works constantly. The amount of the wage is written in the job applications.
One DJ, one host, two knights are allowed at one time slot.
If hosts or DJs want to hold a contest, contest boards automatically set the prize at L$ 1000. If you are going to plan events with higher prizes, please notify the owner at least a week before the events are held.
Asking the owner to operate manager elections when they think it is required. However, neither staffs nor managers have right to run elections by themselves.
<Staff Duties>
Be nice to everyone and choose your words carefully. You are representing Dark Haven.
Your main mission here in Dark Haven is to let people feel welcomed and comfortable at Dark Haven.
Any staffs are supposed to work at least 2 hours a week.
You can reapply to the job even you lost it by filling the job application again and explaining the reason of reapplication.
Put the correct title on while you are working. Otherwise don’t put the title or put the plain staff title.
Hosts or DJs are supposed to send group notices each one hour when they work.
No being Away-From-Keyboard (AFK) longer than 10 minutes for DJs and 5 minutes for other staffs while on the wage payer. If you need longer AFK, please log out from it.
Even when you have several different titles, use only one wage payer at once.
Staffs have to pay group liability for the sandbox parcel. As long as staffs work, their net income will be positive. When they have been absent from their work, their net income will be negative.
Knights are supposed to record any evidences such as local chat, IMs, screen shots so that incidents between people would be handled based on these objective evidences.
