Appartement Casa JoCa Duquesa is geschikt voor 2, 4 of zelfs 5 personen. Het beschikt over een master-bedroom met 2-persoonsbed en een comfortabele bedbank in de woonkamer. Bovendien kan in de slaapkamer een extra bedbank worden gebruikt.

Apartment Casa JoCa can accommodate 2, 4 or even 5 persons. It features a master bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable bedsofa in the living. We can also offer an extra bed sof in the bedroom.

De keuken is volledig ingericht en heeft alle noodzakelijke apparatuur om uw verblijf aangenaam te maken: 4-pits kookplaat, koel-vrieskast, magnetron, dulce-gusto, toaster, waterkoker, wasmachine.

Zowel de woonkamer als de twee balkons zijn geschikt om zowel te loungen, als gezellig te eten. Omdat beide balkons beschikken over zonneschermen, blijft het ook in de zomer aangenaam om te vertoeven.

Both the living room and the two balconies are suitable for lounging as well as for a cozy diner. Since the balconies have sunscreens, it remains pleasant to be in the summer.

Ons appartement is onderdeel van een groot complex met ca. 150 woningen, waar een mix van Spaanse lokale bevolking én toeristen wonen.
We vragen u nadrukkelijk rekening te houden met het woongenot van onze buren. Geen harde muziek, geen onrust op het balkon, enz.
Als u rekening houdt met onze buren, houden onze buren ook rekening met u.
Our apartment is part of a large complex of about 150 houses, where a mix of Spanish locals and tourists are living.
We ask you to take explicit account of the enjoyment of our neighbours. No loud music, no unrest on the balcony, etc.
If you mind our neighbours, our neighbours will also mind you.
