Waar halen we de sleutels van het appartement op ?
Na reservering geeft u uw verwachte aankomsttijd door. Op het afgesproken tijdstip zal onze lokale vertegenwoordigster Sarah u bij de ingang van het appartement ontvangen. Zij overhandigt u de sleutels, neemt de inventaris met u door en maakt met u een afspraak voor uw vertrek.
Als uw aankomst bij het appartement na 21:00 uur is, dan maken we gebruik van een sleutelkluisje, waar u de sleutels uithaalt.

After booking you pass on your estimated time of arrival. At the appointed time our local representative Sarah will receive you near the entrance of the apartment. She hands you over the keys, explanes you the inventory and makes an appointment with you fore you departure.
If you arrive at the apartment after 9:00 PM, we will use a key safe, from which you can collect the keys.

Ruim voor uw vertrek ontvangt u een informatiemap met daarin alle noodzakelijke gegevens over het appartement, de aanrijd-routes, supermarkten, enz. Op onze website vindt u nog meer informatie.

Well before your departure, you will receive a brochure containing all the necessary information about the apartment, the driving routes, supermarkets, etc. You will find even more information on our webstite!

Bij aankomt heeft u een tijd afgesproken voor het uitchecken. Sarah zal op dat moment bij u aanwezig zijn in het appartement. Samen controleert u het appartement op beschadigingen en inventaris. Daarna neemt ze de sleutels weer in ontvangst en wenst u een goede terugreis.

Upon arrival, you have agreed a time for the check out. Sarah will be present in the apartment at that moment. Together you check the apartment for damages and the inventory. After that she takes back the keys and wishes you a good return journey.

Bij reservering heeft u de waarborg betaald via een bankoverschrijving. Na het uitchecken geeft Sarah aan ons door dat de borg kan worden terugbetaald. U ontvangt deze dan op hetzelfde rekeningnummer, waarvan u ook heeft betaald.

You have paid the deposit by banktransfer at reservation. After checking out, Sarah informs us that the deposit can be refunded. You will then receive the amount at the same account number, of which you have paid it.
