For 2024 – 4-H Livestock members certification: Any 4-H member enrolled in beef, sheep, swine, goats (except pygmy goats), rabbits or poultry must either take in-person the new Indiana 4-H Quality Livestock Assurance program or the Youth for the Quality Care of Animals online to be eligible to show at the Carroll County 4-H Fair and Indiana State Fair. If you choose to take YQCA online, go to: https://yqcaprogram.org/ Cost is $12. After completion, you must send a copy of your completion certificate to the 4-H office.
