Drawing from both imagination & ref. no erasing, just committing to the lines with no undersketching to grow line confidence. NO PERFECTIONISM.
Above is a digital sketch I did at the very end of my summer. I am super proud of the line confidence I have achieved. all those sketchbook pages really paid off and I'm loving the ability to stylise what I see in reference images to make them more visually appealing. The minor changes really make all the difference and shows I am no longer a slave to my reference :D!

The middle one was quite fun to draw. I quite like how it looks too
Like the colour combination of blues and yellow though I didn't use it well

Realy had fun with this page. Green head is the only outcome I'm pleased with

2025 SUMMER
drawing in pen I can tottally see an improvement in accuracy in comparison to a year ago. when i draw a face, features are instantly drawn in an anatomically correct place. my lineweight has also improved. these pages may seem less colourful and fun but that is because being home, I dont have all the cook pens I left back at uni. I have to say I think I enjoyed the process with far less anxiety than the previous pages posted here.
