Who We Are

First and foremost I think it is important to note we all are a work in progress and it takes daily consistency to become a better man for our future selves. The culture is designed to build men that will be able to cope with the adversity that this world hits us with. In order for our kids to be successful there is a systematic approach to everything we do within our program. Everything you do matters in this program down to how you carry yourself in the hallways. We live by two separate mantras. One being #FOE (Family Over Everything), which means we believe in family in our program. We want to make sure we take care of each other and we help our brother across that finish line. The 2nd one is #NMA (No Mistakes Allowed), this one goes into our accountability piece and making sure we are doing the right thing 100% of the time. It is important that we understand as a program mistakes will get you beat on and off the field so its important that your brothers are there to help hold you accountable.
