Carl White 

First I want to say thank you for taking the time to look around my page. I am grateful to get the opportunity to get to know you and you get to know me. This coaching fraternity is a tight knit bunch and I am grateful to be apart of this great profession. 

I have a beautiful wife (Erin) and three great kids (Taylen 14, Maxton 12, August 8 ). My wife and I have been married for 15 years. I am thankful that I have a wife who is supportive of my career and understands that football is our ministry as a family. My family is in this together and it has been pretty cool to see them gravitate to the programs we have been a part of. 

Coaching and being around young people is my passion and I am so thankful God has chosen me to be a part of this great profession. I get the unique opportunity to see kids grow and overcome different obstacles in life. This calling is so rewarding on so many levels and many times it has nothing to do with the scoreboard. 

I have 14 years coaching experience at both the high school and the college level. Lake Placid gave me my 1st opportunity to run my own program and it has opened my eyes to so much. Coaching in college provided me with a grittiness and toughness that is hard to get unless you actually experience it. Coaching at this level taught me a lot about myself as a coach and my teaching methods.
