All staff and volunteers must wear athletic clothing (no jeans) and athletic closed-toed shoes while on-site. All attire should be clean, not smell, be modest, appropriate, and professional. Your CARD-assigned attire should only be worn on-site. Do not wear it out in public other than while working at CARD programming.
Shoes must be closed-toe, athletic shoes.

Midriff and undergarment exposure is unacceptable.
Athletic shorts or leggings that you can see through or that expose your undergarments when you sit down or bend over are unacceptable.
Shorts must be at mid-thigh or longer.
Jewelry should not be functionally restrictive, dangerous to job performance, or excessive.
All clothing, jewelry, or tattoos depicting alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or other potentially offensive themes, such as sexual innuendos, violence, or profanity are not appropriate.
Offensive body odor and poor personal hygiene are not professionally acceptable.
All New Staff will be issued the following:
One "love of the game" shirt (color dependent on program) per scheduled days to work:
1-3 days scheduled: 1 shirt
4 days scheduled: 2 shirts
5+ days scheduled: 3 shirts
SUMMER PROGRAMS: A CARD Hat (new logo)
WINTER PROGRAMS: A CARD beanie (old and/or new logo)
Along with the above, Directors & Gym Supervisors will be issued:
WINTER PROGRAMS: Orange "love of the game" sweatshirt

Black or dark athletic shorts (appropriate length) or pants/leggings are preferred. If leggings are worn, make sure they are not see-through.
If you have a different colored "love of the game" shirt, it can be worn after the second session (starting on the third session). Please make sure it is the same style as the orange "love of the game" shirt.
Any “love of the game” shirt must be worn on TOP of any sweatshirts, zip-ups so it is always visible.
Coaches may wear formal, dressy professional attire while coaching at games if you choose.
All volunteers will be issued an bright green or blue "love of the game" shirt that should be worn while on-site at all practices and games.
Any “love of the game” shirt must be worn on TOP of any sweatshirts, zip-ups so it is always visible.
FOR SAFETY AND RECOGNITION, VOLUNTEERS MUST WEAR THEIR ASSIGNED SHIRT ANYTIME THEY ARE ON-SITE.

Officials will also be issued a whistle to be brought to every shift.
ID Badge Example
All camp staff are provided a staff ID badge. This badge is to be worn during camp hours and must not be given to children to wear.
All staff will be issued a bright orange "love of the game" shirt that should be worn while on-site. Black or dark athletic shorts (appropriate length) or pants/leggings are preferred. If leggings are worn, make sure they are not see-through.
If you have a different colored "love of the game" or any CARD-issued shirt, it can be worn after the second day of camp (starting on the third day). Staff must wear the orange "love of the game" shirt to all Field Trips, regardless of what day the trip falls on.
MORNINGS:
1st Day of Camp: All staff in ORANGE "love of the game" shirt
2nd Day of Camp: All staff in ORANGE "love of the game" shirt
Rest of Week: THEME attire or any CARD-issued shirt.
AFTERNOON
Mondays: All staff in ORANGE "love of the game" shirt
Rest of Week: All staff in ORANGE "love of the game" or bright orange CARD shirt
Any “love of the game” shirt must be worn on TOP of any sweatshirts, or zip-ups, so it is always visible.
Any daily themed attire supersedes uniform requirements.
