CAMP MERIBAH SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

Camp Meribah offers partial scholarships to families in need of financial assistance, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to experience the faith, fellowship, and fun of camp.

Important Scholarship Guidelines:

• Scholarships are available for ONE session per camper per summer.

• Full scholarships are not available—families must contribute a portion of the camp fee.

• Campers may not receive scholarships for multiple sessions.

• Scholarships are not typically available for Day Camp or Mini-Meribah. However, in cases of extreme financial hardship, families may reach out to the Camp Director to discuss possible assistance on a case-by-case basis.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP

Step 1: Complete Online Registration

• During registration, select the scholarship request option.

• Choose the amount of assistance needed from the available options.

Step 2: Submit Your Non-Refundable Deposit

• A $50 deposit per camper, per week is required for Youth Week & Teen Week.

• This deposit must be received before the camper is officially registered.

• Deposits are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellations or no-shows.

Step 3: Await Scholarship Approval

• We will only contact you if additional information is needed.

• If you do not receive a call, your scholarship has been approved, and you can proceed with normal camp check-in.

• Scholarships are awarded based on financial need, available funds, and the number of applicants.
