Five steps to Register for Camp LogJam 2026:
Step 1: Gather Information:
You will need the following information when you are completing the Camp LogJam 2026 Registration Form:
The first name or nickname that will be on the Camp LogJam nametag - for youth and adults. Scouters (leaders) use your Scouting name.
Birthdates of both the youth and the adult. The birthdate of the youth must be between June 29, 2017 and June 28, 2021.
If the youth or the adult are members of Scouts Canada, the number and name of the Scout Group they belong to, and their Scouts Canada membership numbers (available on myscouts.ca).
The T-shirt sizes of the youth and the adult (each person gets one T-shirt free).
The BC Medical Plan Numbers for both the youth and the adult.
Allergies (food, medications, bees/wasps, environment), and Dietary Restrictions for both the youth and the adult.
If there is a family that you would like to share a Sleeping Hull with, their names
Step 2: Register On-Line for Camp LogJam 2026:
Click here to complete and submit the Camp LogJam 2026 Registration Form.
Within a few days, we will respond to your registration with details of how to make your payment, and with copies of the documents that you
need to complete and return to us.
Step 3: Make Payment:
Follow the instructions in the email to make your payment for the camp.
Camp fees should normally be received within one week of receiving the payment instructions.
Note that the full fees must be received by March 31, 2026, to get the best pricing.
If registering or paying after March 31, 2026, the payment of full fees, including the late payment fee of $50.00, is due by April 15, 2026.
Step 4: Submit Documentation:
Follow the instructions in the email to complete and submit documents that are needed to attend the camp from the ones listed below:
A Parent-Guardian Consent Form for Category Three Activities for each youth attending camp.
A Physical Fitness Certificate for every person attending camp.
An Adult Code of Conduct for each parent/guardian or other responsible adult attending the camp, unless they are a registered Scouter (leader) whose status in myscouts.ca is "Active".
An Individual Release and Hold Harmless Agreement for anyone, youth or adult, who is not currently a registered member of Scouts Canada. For those under 18 years of age, this document must be completed and signed on their behalf by a parent or guardian.
Note: Registration is not confirmed until all the necessary documents and full payment are received.
Step 5: "Safe Scouting for Parents" Training Course:
Many parents/guardians will have already completed this training course. This is great. You only have to take this training course once.
Please advise us if the parent/guardian or other responsible adult attending camp has already completed this Safe Scouting for Parents
training.
For those who have not yet completed the "Safe Scouting for Parents" Training Course, this training must be completed prior to attending
Camp LogJam 2026. Note: Registered Scouters (leaders) who are listed as "Active" in myscouts.ca do not need to complete this training.
For parents/guardians of Scouting members, the Safe Scouting for Parents training can be completed at www.myscouts.ca. Log into your myscouts.ca account using your log-in credentials (email address used to create your parent account, and password), click on the "Safe Scouting for Parents" link on the left side of the screen, and complete the training course (takes about 30 minutes). Please advise us when the parent/guardian or other responsible adult attending camp has completed the Safe Scouting for Parents training.
Parents/guardians who are attending Camp LogJam with a child who is not a member of Scouting, and do not have a myscouts.ca account, cannot take the Safe Scouting for Parents training on-line. This training can only be done in-person. We will make opportunities for this in-person training to take place before camp, if possible.
Note: Parents/guardians who have not completed the "Safe Scouting for Parents" training by June 15, 2026, will be required to take the training course at camp on the evening of the first day of camp after their child has gone to bed.
The last day to register for Camp LogJam 2026 is April 1, 2026. The last day to pay for Camp LogJam 2026 is April 15, 2026. FIRM.
Enrollment for each of the Camp LogJam 2026 camps will be limited to 30 youth participants.
First come, first served. Get your registration and payment in a soon as you can!
If a camp is full, we will take a waiting list of each camp as there are usually a few cancellations prior to camp. If you are on the waiting list, we will also offer you space in the other camp dates if there is room available.
Refunds will be provided as follows upon written requests emailed to camplogjam@telus.net:
On or before April 15, 2026 ........................................... Full amount paid less a $25.00 Administration Fee.
April 16 to May 27, 2026 ............................................... 50% of amount paid, with a minimum holdback of $50.00.
On or after May 28, 2026 ............................................... No refund. Campers will receive their camp T-shirts, neckerchiefs, woggles and nametags.
