The belltower in Ghizzole was built together with the Parish Church between the years 1912 and 1924. It was rather small and had three bells bought from the nearby village of Villaganzerla. In 1936 it was decided to have them recast:
BELL n°1 “Tarcisia”
A.D. 1936, its rim is 82 cm. (diameter). It rings the note LA3 flat 1/32° in 435Hz.; it weighs 306 Kg.
It is engraved with the figure of Saint Tarcisio and the following words:
«Oh! Lord, protect us from thunder and hail storms»
It was cast by Daciano Colbachini and Sons of Padua.
BELL n°2 “Maria Immacolata”
A.D. 1936, its rim is 72 cm. (diameter). It rings the note “SI3”; it weighs 210 Kg.
The figure of the Immaculate Virgin Mary is engraved on the bell and the following words:
«Glory and honour to our Lord»
It was cast by Daciano Colbachini and Sons of Padua.
BELL n°3 “Agnese”
A.D. 1936,its rim is 64 cm. (diameter). It rings the note “DO#4”; it weighs 145 Kg.
The figures of Saint Anthony and Saint Agnes are engraved on the bell and the following words:
«I worship the true God and my ringing gathers faithful and clergy!»
It was cast by Daciano Colbachini and Sons of Padua.
BELL n°4
A.D. 2012, its rim is 62,8 cm. (diameter).It rings the note RE4;it weighs 149 kg.
The figures of St. Joseph the Worker are engraved on the bell and the following words:
«FAM. FUREGON».
It was cast by the Grassmayr foundry in Innsbruck (Austria).
BELL n°5
A.D. 2012, its rim is 56 cm. (diameter). It rings the note MI4; it weighs 109 kg.
The figures of S. Leopoldo Mandic’ are engraved on the bell and the following words:
«FAM. ZANETTIN GIANNI-PIETRO».
It was cast by the Grassmayr foundry in Innsbruck (Austria).
BELL n°6
A.D. 2012, its rim is 49,5 cm. (diameter). It rings the note FA#4; it weighs 75 kg.
The figures of S. Maria Goretti are engraved on the bell and the following words:
«FAM. SBALCHIERO».
It was cast by the Grassmayr foundry in Innsbruck (Austria).
