💰Membership & Training Fees

Membership and Training fees are due before your FIRST training session unless otherwise stated.
All players are required to pay an annual membership subscription of £30 and training fees for organised training sessions and matches.
These are to cover for club admin, insurances, team registration, referee fees, hall hire for training and matches, new volleyballs, equipment and maintenance, coaching, funding for Volleyball England courses and occasionally expenses at matches*.
*Any additional expenses such as individual player registration with Volleyball England, travelling costs for away fixtures will have to be paid separately by the players. 
We expect players to attend all training sessions during the season.  Please let your coach know in a good time, should you not be able to make any sessions.

Terms and Conditions

Fees are due by your FIRST training session. 
The Club is run by volunteers who also have very busy lives; we would be very grateful if you could please pay your fees promptly.

FULL membership allows the player to both train and compete. STUDENT membership exclusive to NVL teams, allows the player to both train and compete.TRAINING ONLY membership exclusive to NVL teams, grants the player permission for training onlyJUNIOR NVL membership is for those who are 18 years old and under, training or competing in NVL.
*Any additional expenses such as travelling costs for away fixtures will have to be paid separately by the players.
Training with more than one squad is strictly at the invitation and discretion of the coaches (Fees applied).  
Permission should always be sought before attending or training with another squad with which you do not normally train.  Any player progressing to the next level squad will be required to an additional training fee.  The amount required will depend on the initial fees that have been paid.  In all cases, the player should contact their team secretary or the treasurer to determine any additional fees.
For those joining after January, pro-rata fees must be paid within one month of starting training.  Please contact your team secretary or the treasurer to determine the amount.
Hardship Fund is provided by the club to help players who are experiencing genuine and unavoidable financial difficulties and are struggling with their Annual membership fees. Please contact the club Welfare Officer via Contact Us for an application form; a decision will be made by the committee on a case-by-case basis.. The Club does not want anyone to stop playing because they cannot afford the fees and will consider all cases on their merits.
