The tournament will go ahead in most weather conditions; however, we reserve the right to cancel the tournament should it become too slippery, too hot or too dangerous to play.
In the event of rain / heavy showers -
well, we are in England after all…
Teams affected will need to decide whether to carry on competing in the rain or resume when playing conditions improve, without delaying the playing schedule overly.
The final decision will lie with the Tournament organisers who may also change the schedule if necessary.

🤝 This tournament is run entirely by volunteers. Please be patient and respectful.
🚕 Please park where directed and not in the camping area.
️⛳️ NO CARS on rugby pitches.
🧯 NO NAKED FLAMES or BBQ or Gas Stoves anywhere in the grounds NO GLASS OUTSIDE due to it being sports grounds. Please respect the policy set by the Rugby Club, thank you.
🗑 Please keep the place clean and tidy by disposing litter in the bins and skip provided and take away any bulky items with you at the end of tournament.
🔇 Please be considerate of your fellow campers and the residents nearby; keep quiet after 11pm.
🐕 NO dogs are allowed (except guide dogs).
👐 Be aware of our Safeguarding and Protecting Children Policy, Safeguarding Adults Policy and Risk Assessment in case of incidents. The safeguarding lead for this event is our Club Welfare Officer Magdalena Klodowska who can be reached at cambvolley.welfare@gmail.com

What is a tournament without a party?After a great day of playing volleyball, you are all invited to celebrate this beautiful weekend with a drink and a dance.

Weekend camping is available on site, from 4pm on the Friday to the afternoon of the Sunday of the tournament.
Please present your email receipt or Camping Ticket as proof at the gate on arrival.
Please buy your camping ticket here if you haven't yet.
- £15 per person for both Friday & Saturday. Open from 4pm on Friday.
- This includes all adults, whether competing or not, and any juniors who are competing.
- Any Non-competing juniors camp for free.
- All participants are invited to the Party on Saturday evening.
- Toilet and shower facilities available.
