General

Entry is confirmed once full payment has been received.
Entry fees are non-refundable if play is disrupted by circumstances beyond the organisers’ control.
The organisers are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property.
The organisers may refuse entries, amend the format, or combine divisions if required.

Site Rules

No naked flames or personal BBQs are permitted anywhere on site.
No glass (including bottles) is to be used outside of the rugby clubhouse.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
Please dispose of all rubbish in the bins and skips provided.
Please respect the venue, neighbours and surrounding area at all times.
🏕️ Campsite reminder - please respect other campers and keep noise levels considerate. Speakers must be switched off after 10.30pm and the camping area should remain quiet overnight.
Dogs must be kept on leads and cleaned up after.
Keep off Rugby pitches at all times.

✔ Game ready: volleyball, whistle, appropriate footwear, knee pads, ankle braces, spare kit...etc

✔ Food & drink: water + snacks

✔ First aid: bring tape, plasters, ice packs, and any medications (allergies, pain relief... etc) or personal supplies you need for pre-existing conditions. First aid staff are on hand for injuries and emergencies - please be prepared to manage your own pre-match routine.

✔ Recovery: foam roller, resistance bands, massage ball

✔ Comfort: small chair or picnic blanket

✔ Sun: sunscreen, sunglasses and hats

✔ Extras: bin bags, toilet rolls, phone charger, toiletries, towels, hair brush, contact lenses...etc

All participants are invited to the Party 🎉 on Saturday evening from 7.45pm.

This is a tournament run entirely by volunteers - we appreciate your patience and respect 🤝
Play competitively, but always with respect - no aggressive or abusive behaviour.
Respect referees at all times - decisions are final.
Teams will take turns officiating - please stay focused and be fair.
Speak respectfully to officials, players and others at all times.

This is a friendly, skill-based tournament - junior players are welcome if able to compete safely (county or NVL recommended, supervised by a coach/parent).
Please avoid alcohol during matches and ensure behaviour remains appropriate at all times.

To help avoid late cancellations, please ensure your team can attend before entering.

Withdraw after 12:01am, Mon 20 July 2026: No refund.

Withdraw before this time: 25% fee applies unless we are successful in filling your place.

This is a friendly, skill-based tournament for NVL, Regional, County, and Local/Social level teams. The organisers may re-allocate teams into different leagues/divisions depending on entries and available spaces.

Outdoor/ grass 6-a-side tournament

Men's League - Div 1 / 2 - capped at 16 teams per division.
Mixed League - Div 1 / 2 / 3 - minimum 3 women on court at all times, capped at 25 teams per division.
Women's League - if fewer than 5 entries, teams will play in the Mixed divisions, with the highest-placed teams competing in a Women’s final on Sunday.

Outdoor/ grass 2-a-side tournament

This is an extra competition for 6v6 players who want some 2v2 matches, if time allows.

Men's | Women's | Mixed
Registration opens early Saturday afternoon, once teams have started finishing their 6v6 matches (weather permitting); closes before the final 6v6 rounds.
Entry fee: £16 per team, pay at registration. Each player can only compete in one league at a time.
Max 18 teams per division; first come, first served.
Teams must be ready to play when called. If a team is unavailable because their 6v6 matches are still ongoing or for any other reason, they may be skipped to keep the competition running on schedule.
Teams will be called via the PA system or WhatsApp group. It is the responsibility of each team to monitor both and ensure they are available when called.
As places are limited and scheduling depends on teams being available when called, no refund will be given for teams that are unable to attend when called.
