GET INVOLVED!
Your time and support are invaluable to the success of our band programs, but it means even more to your student when they see you are supporting something that they love and are interested in. The "Marching Bulldogs" alone need approximately 3,500+ hours of volunteer time each year and the program cannot run without the support of families and friends. Please help us, help your student become an extraordinary musician.
Because The Butler Band Boosters Organization works in support of ALL Butler bands (Marching/Wind Ensemble/Symphonic/Jazz/Percussion), we encourage all band parents to volunteer. Many hands make light work!
What opportunities are available? There are so many opportunities available, from board positions, pitcrew, fundraising, chaperoning, concessions, uniforms, special events… so many things I couldn’t possibly list them all. We need volunteers for Thursday JV games, Friday Night Lights Football, Saturday Competitions (before/during/after), Band Camp, MPA. There are day opportunities, evening opportunities, weekday/weekend opportunities, volunteering from home opportunities. The list goes on and on!

Look out for our signup genius’! The signups for volunteers are released at least 1 week prior to an event.
