The Bands of Butler Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that assists in financially supporting the Bands of Butler Program. This organization allows the Band Director to focus on developing the skills and talent of students by coordinating activities for the band and by providing additional resources where necessary. The Butler Band Boosters Organization works in support of ALL Butler bands (Marching/Wind Ensemble/Concert/Jazz/Percussion/Indoor Percussion, Winter Guard), the band director, the school and most importantly, the students.

*Other volunteer positions needed that are better suited to those that can commit for the 2026-2027 season: sewing/alterations, runners (pick up/drop off food for marching band competitions/football games), event planners (marching band Swim Party/Christmas Party, Band Banquet), truck drivers (competitions), PA Announcer (football games), prop manager/builders/painters (marching band), working JV Concessions (Thursday Night Football games).
