1 Step Sparring - Ilbo Matsoki
One Step Sparring has no set routines.
Attacker: Begin in parallel ready stance, step forward with right walking stance and make a middle section punch.
Defender: Block and counter attack the attacker using any technique.
This is then repeated with the attacker using a left punch and the defender making the same combination of block and counter attack but on the opposite side.
