Inventory management is essential in understanding how pharmacies can avoid errors and work faster, especially since manual listing is prone to mistakes. This study focuses on making a COBOL-based pharmacy inventory system to see if it makes the client's work more convenient and reliable compared to the previous manual system. For the method, the researchers gathered data using questionnaires given to seven respondents, specifically students and a client, to evaluate the system's usability and efficiency. The results showed that the system is highly effective because it makes calculations accurate and significantly reduces the manual effort required for the work. On the other hand, the visual aids received a neutral rating, which means that the user interface used in the program can still be improved. Overall, the study concludes that the new system is reliable and essential for improving the pharmacy's efficiency and reducing human error.
