The development of this system is led by a team of student researchers from Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Taguig Branch. Composed of Reign, Yuann, Angelo, and Jhun, the group combines technical expertise with a focus on practical solutions for micro-landlords. By applying the principles of their coursework to real-world scenarios, the team aims to bridge the gap between traditional manual property management and modern digital efficiency.

Anabelle is a dedicated mother and resident property manager who oversees a four-unit apartment building. While she occupies one unit herself, she manages the other three as active rental spaces.

Having previously relied on primitive manual methods for tracking her tenants, Anabelle is now seeking a more organized digital approach to streamline her daily administrative tasks.

Her primary focus is on formalizing her workflow, specifically in areas like tenant onboarding, rent adjustments, and payment history, to replace the inefficiencies and risks associated with traditional paper-based record-keeping.
