erd_conceptual.jpgA Conceptual Data Model for the School Document Request & Tracking system, providing a simplified view of the system's overarching business architecture. It abstracts away all attributes, data types, and primary or foreign keys to focus entirely on the core business entities—such as User, Staff, Request, and Payment—and the conceptual relationships that bind them together.

A Logical Data Model (using Crow's Foot notation) for the core business domain of the BPS Document System. It abstracts away specific framework/infrastructure management fields to focus strictly on the logical attributes, primary keys (PK), foreign keys (FK), and business relationship rules establishing data flow between users, staff, requests, documents, payments, and audit logs.

erd_logical.jpgerd_physical.jpgA Physical Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD) mapping out the explicit relational database structure for the BPS Document System. It visualizes the technical implementation details—such as exact column data types, primary keys, and foreign key constraints that bridge the application's core data tables with its underlying Laravel framework infrastructure.
