This course is developed based on professional organization guidelines and standards developed by the Interstate New Teacher Assessment and Support Consortium (InTASC), the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM), the Professional Standards Commission (Georgia Framework for Teaching), Georgia Standards of Excellence Mathematics Standards Kindergarten– Fifth Grade, and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
