The Bromley-Lewisham Pool is covered by the Privacy Policy of the data controller, Lewisham East for Europe (LEFE). Groups wishing to become data processors (ie use the data in the pool for the purposes permitted ) need to provide equivalent protection in their own privacy policies. The LEFE policy is in this document which is also displayed below:

Groups wishing to receive data as "data processors" must enforce a privacy policy equivalent to the one used by LEFE. A template that can be used or consulted is provided here, with no acceptance of responsibility for its adequacy under data protection law. The template is also displayed below:
