Nutcracker Experience Package

$75 Due November 1st, 2026

These contributions help us continue providing the professional, high-quality performance experiences our dancers and families have come to expect. Producing performances of this caliber involves significant expenses that continue to increase each year, including theater rental, custodial services, staff wages for 13-hour event days, event insurance, technical services, special effects, and many other production-related costs.

The Recital Experience Package is $75 per dancer and $50 for each additional sibling for each performance. Rather than increasing ticket prices, which we know would place a greater financial burden on families during recital weekend, we believe a shared contribution from each participating dancer is the fairest and most sustainable way to support these productions while keeping ticket prices more affordable for everyone.

These items and services are bundled to give every dancer a consistent, memorable, and exciting recital experience. If your family is experiencing financial hardship, please reach out to us directly. We want to work with you, and open communication is always welcome. Fundraiser credits may also be applied to this fee with prior communication and the option to sell a Bronze Level business ad to cover your $75 recital fee. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting the true cost of creating an unforgettable recital experience for our dancers.

All recital bags and shirts will be passed out on the day of the show. Fall and Spring Samplers may receive their recital bags and shirts at dress rehearsal.

Delivery and Pickup Information:

• Show T-shirts will be distributed to families and at the show. 

• If you purchase flowers, they will be available for pickup at the school on the day of the recital.

• The dance bag, snack, drink, and rented lanyard will be handed out at check-in and at the show.

• The professional photos and videos from the recital will be emailed to all families approximately 90 days after the show. 

Show Lineups and Digital Program:

We will provide free show lineups to all audience members, including a QR code linking to the digital show lineup. Business Ads will be represented in our digital show lineup and program. These lineups will be distributed in color for easy viewing.

• Optional: If you'd like a color-printed version of the program as a keepsake, you can add it to your bundle order. These printed programs will be included in your bundle and handed out on the day of the show.

Break a Leg Ads:

A Break a Leg ad is a special good-luck message from family or friends, featuring a personalized photo of your choice. These ads are included in the program and are a fantastic way to show your support for the dancers. Please submit your photo and message when purchasing your bundle.

Sample Sizes Available:

For T-shirts or other apparel included in your bundle, sample sizes are available for you to try on at the studio. This ensures you select the right size for each family member before completing your order. 

Sizing will happen the week of August 31 – September 5, 2026
