As far as the planning goes I made a project plan that describes my strategy and time plan. The project will be developed in sprints, I will detail the sprints below:

• Sprint 0
  • Make project plan
  • Make various documents for the project like user stories and class diagrams
  • Do research on clients and existing software
• Sprint 1
  • Set up project architecture
  • Further develop the app screen designs
  • Make first version of the BrickX WMS mobile app
• Sprint 2
  • Implement first big feature of the app (Order picking)
  • Catch up on documenting the project
• Sprint 3
  • Proces feedback for portfolio and documentation
  • Implement more WMS app features
• Sprint 4
  • Evaluate on the project
  • Talk to clients and get their feedback on the current state of the app
