So the end product we were able to manage an AR app where you can place 3D object on the ground plane using finger touches on the screen. However because of the limitations of ARkit and RealityKit we were unable to do hit detection on virtual object, only on real planes.
There was also no functional multiplayer however we did get halfway through implementing that.
Mostly due to a fellow student and me working overtime on the big industry project we had less time to work on this project.
