Natusor, now known as "Golden Naturals", is a company that sells pharmaceutical products. I paid the company a couple of visits together with my mentor Ruud to get a feel for how their workers use the BrickX WMS app. Furthermore I'd like to know how the order picking process works in general.

I conducted an interview with the warehouse workers there and the conclusion was that the current WMS app is rather easy to work with however it does have some serious flaws. Chief amongst them being the app's performance. It's often lacking in speed and sometimes even crashes. I used this feedback and their other remarks to better design the new product.

The following flaws are present in the current WMS app:

• Invoices cannot be generated on the scanner
• Load times are varied and long on average
• Loading location information takes forever
• Completing orders does not work
• Program does not play nice with double bar codes
• The app crashes every now and then
• The ordering of UI items can use an overhaul

The following things were good about the current app:

• It functions alright overall
• The app's design is very simple and easy to get the hang of.
