This project had 14 people working on it so good management was key to getting all the work done. I started the conversation by getting our concept on paper. We did a whiteboard session discussing what exactly we wanted to make. We noted this all down in our project plan. Furthermore we divided the group into four SCRUM teams. Each team has its own responsibility:
Every week each team does a standup meeting with everyone. During this, the planning of the project, the progress and everyone's individual tasks gets discussed. About half an hour later each SCRUM master from each team come together to discuss any pressing matters between the groups as well as the overall progress of the project.
