Hi there! Welcome to my page. My name is Roxanne Harris but I mostly go by Roxy. I am currently studying BEd Foundation Phase (which for those of you who don’t know is teaching for grade R-3). I love what I do and I have a strong passion for education and I believe that education must be used to empower children. I have a passion for teaching children from the ages 3-9 as I believe they are like a blank canvas that look to you to give them colour and life. they are humans in their purest form and they speak what is on their minds and I feel joy every time I see them master something they have been struggling with for so long. I myself love languages. I am fluent in both French and English and am currently learning Zulu (which I am loving). Language is such an integral part of society as it is a way that people can express themselves and their emotions to one another and this is why I believe that language is so important to teach to children from a young age as it will one day allow them to express themselves correctly and freely in a way that their peers will understand.
