o Demonstrate holding a writing tool to the learners. For learners with sweaty palms or genuinely struggle with gripping the writing tools correctly, there are tools such as the pencil grip rubber which assists with correct grip.

o Making sure the learners keep the correct posture; feet under the desk, knees at 90˚, sitting up straight, head upright and over the shoulders.

o Always make sure globes are in all the lights of the classroom. Make sure lights are always on during gloomy weathered days.

o Inspect the desks and ensure that there aren’t and dents, o=holes or chipped areas.

o Right-handed learners place their exercise books/paper to the right of the centre of their body. Left-handed learners place their exercise books/paper to the left of the centre of their body.
