Customer: Hi, This is Nasreen/Rigan. I am facing internet problem from last two hours.

Service Provide: Sir/Mam your location and ID please?

Customer: It is Mirpur-11 and my id is y-1623.

Service Provider: Okay, hold on for few secounds.

Customer: Ok.

(few secounds later)

Service provider: Sir/Mam, our team is working on your area and we need few more time to fix the problem. Actually it happen due to the metro rail construction. Our fiber cable cut down in few areas in Mirpur. But our team will fix it as soon as possible and you will get the connection.

Customer: Oh, I understand. I hope it will fix soon.
