The final stage for any ongoing loan application is to reach the settlement stage.
Once the settlement takes place, please change the mercury status to "settled - not paid" and complete the tasks as prompted.
Ensure you update the "settlement account summary" next day after settlement - the template for this can be found in Clients > Bluebird > templates. Please update this after calling bank/going through the loan details via broker portal. Click on save as and save this under current date in specific client folder.Â
One thing to note: if the clients already have a loan with other bank, check the last loan account summary and ensure you add this loan to the settlement account summary as well. This is because we always update the LAS details based on the last LAS/settlement account summary so need to ensure all the clients loan - with multiple banks are all listed here.
Once the settlement account summary has been updated, go to mercury template "Congratulations!" and amend the template accordingly to send the settlement email to clients.
If owner occupied purchase - please ensure you change the current address to the new property
If refinance - please ensure you change the status of the last file to "paid out" and delete any tasks in the last file.
Keep the first repayment email to 2-3 days after the clients first repayment date.
