Always ensure you select "MM-emag", "MM-eba" and "MM-sms" for marketing > go to specific opportunity > contacts > select specific contact and have these entered in marketing section in the details.
Ensure you save all the email (sent to clients, BDMs) to mercury. This can be done by going into a specific opportunity - you will see "view opportunity email address" on the top right side on every opportunity. Please copy the email address and forward the email you sent to the clients, BDMs in that email address - the email address would look something like "Mercury Rutledge Chiswick Refinance<mercury_65e12c7b5ccc11eea488005056b5e136@connective.com.au>"
