This is one of the crucial stage for our business - especially as we are a referral business, we need to stand out among other companies in the market with our effective assistance within the ongoing application + after settlement by providing post settlement assistance to clients.
There are three major tasks we do after post settlement:
First repayment email - This is done after a month of settlement. Check clients repayment date in our settlement email and send "First repayment" template from mercury to ensure everything is going smoothly with the clients.
Fixed/interest only expiry - Please have this task set up for any clients 2 months before their expiry date. Check the subpage for detailed instructions to do this.
Annual review -This is set up automatically when we click "settled" for any application. When this task pops up - send a list of Annual reviews (AR) to Mike (10-15 at a time) and once Mike confirms which needs to be completed, just do an AR for that.Â
