BLfC journey:

Needs a broadening experience in first year but would find it frustrating not to be getting recognised specific skills (where probably doesn’t recognise soft stuff as skills). But conversely would find a second year of skills frustrating without experiential context. Structure could have some negotiated learning in first.

Particular requirements for course structure:

Need to be able to swap some NL and CEs around.

Risk:

Changes purpose and loses motivation. Gets a new job.

Transformative learning:

Tolerance around those who have yet to define their purpose.
