Biodiesel Sales proposal

Dear Sirs/Madams

We BIO Rotterdam for biodiesel consultancy L.L.C acting with full corporate responsibility and authority as a Seller, hereby wish to confirm that we are willing and able to transact and supply the commodity under following terms and conditions:

Commodity: Biodiesel (UCOME) – B100

Origin: Egypt

Minimum Quantity: One IBC

Maximum Quantity: 3000 MT monthly

Price: 2000 $

Destination Port: ASWP

Terms of delivery: CIF 

Packing: 20 ton FLEXI TANK or ISO-Tank or according to client request “Barrel – IBC”

Private Labeling: Buyer has to pay for private labeling. Charges depend on label.

Payment: IRREVOCABLE 100% LC at sight. Payment due FOB at Loading Port supported with SGS or equivalent (Bureau Varitas) Reports B/L etc Bank TO Bank Transaction.

Specifications:  European Standard EN 14214

DELIVERY PERIOD: First delivery within 30 DAYS after verification and acceptance of the LC, and thereafter every 30 days until the total quantity has been delivered

PROCEDURE:

1. Seller issues SCO (Soft Corporate Offer)

2. Buyer issues detail LOI/ICPO

3. Seller issues FCO (Full Corporate Offer)

4. Buyer signs, seals and return the FCO to Seller

5. Seller will issues drafts of the Sales/Purchase contract open for amendments

6. Buyer signs and seals Draft Contract after revision and returns signed Draft Contract (with amendments clearly marked) via electronic mail to the Seller.

7. After Seller's approval of the Draft of Letter of Credit, Buyers Bank, within Five (5) banking days will issue 100% Irrevocable and Confirmed LC at sight to Seller' Bank.

For SBLC we will issue the standard 2% bond within 5 days of receiving SBLC.

8. Shipments shall commence after fulfillment the necessary procedures, acceptance of instructions from the Buyer and as per the contracts terms and conditions

9. Buyer will have to show POF if need past performance.

COMPLIANCE WITH FOOD AND LEGISLATIONS:

This product is brought onto the market in compliance with the current relevant EU food Laws and Directives, including contaminants regulations and recommendations made by EU Food Laws. Packing and transport containers also conform to regulatory provisions.

Please note that we are genuine manufacturer and supplier of Biodiesel at high European standard (EN14214) and we are Quality oriented company. and we have so many daily requests for supply for our limited production capacity , we will give all our care to serious and genuine buyer only.
