*Please let @Cindy Li or @Cindy Jia know which books you are doing to prevent overlap of books

1). Form your groups, at least 1 team captain & another group member. Groups should not exceed more than 7 people. Please send your group members' names to @Cindy Li or @Cindy Jia

2). One member chooses which book to read, for more information click here

3). Once the book has been chosen, please upload the photos onto the shared Google Drive titled "2 Bilingual" in the "Storybooks" folder, for more information click here

4). The Translator will translate the text, usually from English to Chinese, for more information click here

5). The team member responsible for photoshopping the translations onto the pages will be responsible for applying text to each page and uploading the images back to Google Drive, for more information click here

6). Both audio recorders, Chinese and English, will be responsible for recording each page, word for word. Please contact the editor beforehand to understand how they want the audio recording files to be (ex: page by page audio recording, or audio recording for the whole entire book in 1 take), for more information click here

a). Audio recorders, remember to send your picture to the editor as well as your introduction and ending pages

b). Introduction: Hi, welcome to Bilingual Storytime! I'm ___ and today we will be reading the book ____, written by ____ and illustrated by ____

c). Ending: Thanks for reading/viewing/watching! See you next time!

7). Audio Recorders send files to the editor/team captain

8). Team captain downloads the book images from Google Drive, do Chinese audio recording first, followed by English, for more information click here

9). Once finished, editors please send your videos to the group chat, Vivian, Cindy L, Cindy J will review the video and give you suggestions

10). Make the adjustments and send in group chat for approval

11). Once approved we will let you know to sign up for your hours, hour form on the top of the page
