Where do I find the story books for reading?

We already have a Shared Google Folder named "2 Bilingual" and inside is a library full of books that our photographers, translators, or photoshoppers have added. You will be shared the folder upon entering the group and completing the audition. However, if you do not happen to get it, please contact @Cindy Li or @Cindy Jia. You can also try accessing the folder through here

What software/app do I use for video editing or photoshopping?

Video Editing: iMovie, FinalCut Pro, Adobe (anything that allows you to add background music, clip images, and add transitions)

Photoshop: Adobe Photoshop, Meitu etc.

I want to start my first task, where do I begin?

First, please review the Production Guidelines found here

Then, please contact one of the team leaders and then notify them of what tasks you are interested in, they will help you from there!

What should I do if the pictures of the book are not clear or missing?

Please contact one of the team leaders

How are hours counted?

Hours are based on the exact amount of time you spent working on the task, and not by the type of task you are working on. Usually, you will notify one of the team leaders that you have completed a task and then they will check the task and notify you to fill out the hour form. Please DO NOT fill out the hour form without notify the team leaders that you have finished a task, it helps us keep track of the progress the active books that volunteers are doing.

I would like to try out a new task, but don't specifically know how to do that task
