The commentaries listed here are modern (published since 1997) and major (more than 15 pages per biblical chapter), but they vary in quality. Some are good analyses; others are not. Older books are less likely to interact with the good or bad ideas associated with the "new perspective on Paul." I do not list books that are "independently published" - i.e., self-published, or commentaries that are expositional, devotional or homiletical
