  • Serve as the leader and manager of three units: AU Online & Continuous Learning, the Center for Innovation and Digital Learning (CIDL), and Information Technology

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase enrollment and support and enhance programming for AU Online & Continuous Learning (OCL). Highlights include:

    • Increased matriculations 35% in last four years

    • Increased total enrollment over 30% in last four years (-8% in 2018, -6% in 2017)

    • Revenue growth over 35% for OCL programs over the last three years

    • Centralized marketing, recruiting, enrollment management, and advising for over 40 adult undergraduate and graduate programs

    • Developed dedicated post-traditional advising team (retention increase >10%; persistence >90%)

  • Designed, developed, delivered, and managed an online teaching faculty training program. The purpose of the program was to recruit and train tenure-track faculty to teach online courses so that they could develop high-quality online courses and serve as campus leaders for online teaching. The training focused on pedagogy and instructional design.
