BruinLink

To post an event to the Bruinlink Calendar, you'll navigate to the 'Manage Organization' view of your group's Bruinlink page. By clicking the sidebar menu (in the upper left-hand corner), you'll then click "Events" and then "Create Event." 

As a reminder, all events/meetings/activity (including off-campus) is required to be added as an event on BruinLink! 

It Must Be Wednesday

The Office of Student Engagement will continue to host It Must Be Wednesday this year from September 7 through October 12. We'll have space for one student organization per week. If you've got a big event coming up or would like an additional chance to advertise your organization, email studentengagement@belmont.edu to participate!

My.Belmont Announcement

You can submit announcements to be posted on the homepage of my.belmont.edu through this Campus Announcements link. 

Posters

If you’re hoping to place posters around campus, you must achieve approval through the Event Request process on BruinLink. Once your Event Request and associated posters have been approved, you may print up to 20 posters to place around campus. 

Posting is permitted only on Bruin Boards (Beaman: FitRec and near first-floor elevator, Hitch first floor, Sport Science Center lobby, third floor Fidelity, and Residence Hall lobbies), the exterior columns of the Gabhart Center, and new this year - inside the Student Organization office (Gabhart Flex). 

Tabling

To submit a request to table, please follow the same process as you would for an event (requesting a table on EMS and submitting on BruinLink following your confirmation from Event Services). Please ensure that this process is completed at least two weeks ahead of your requested date.
