Access to Administrative Capabilities within Organizations

To complete processes like space requests, travel requests, and fundraising requests, you'll need to have administrative access to your organization. If you don't yet have the option to click "Manage Organization," the Primary Contact for your organization will need to make sure you are designated in a position that has that access.

Updating Organizational Rosters 

It's important that your organization's roster includes all of your current members and that anyone who has graduated or left the organization is no longer on the roster.

If you're hoping to do an overhaul of your organization's Bruinlink roster and have a list of all your members' @pop.belmont.edu email addresses, we would recommend removing everyone (except for the individual doing this!) and batch-adding everyone through their Belmont email address. Members will need to log into Bruinlink to accept their invitations, and then the roster will be cleaned up!
