          Kris is the most aggressive and intense bassist you'd ever meet.  From Vancouver, Canada, Kris grew fond of music from a very young age. At the age of 9 he began to take up singing in the elementary school choir and learning acoustic guitar. By age 14, he was gifted his very first bass and began to take up more time learning the bass, which would eventually become his de facto instrument of choice (although he'll still write on guitar occasionally).  Kris has played in several experienced bands in the past, working in the punk and metal scenes with Childsplay, Summer in Alaska, and The Electrojets. In addition to the current works with Before You Go, Kris has also gone on to release 3 solo albums: Anti-Hero (released Sept. 4, 2021), Zero Fucks Given (released May 13, 2022), and Kris Kaos (released Sept. 4, 2022).

            Gage, the youngest of the band, was only 16 when he (alongside the rest of his band mates) formed Before You Go. Born and raised in Indiana, USA, Gage had a fascination with music at a very young age, especially 90's pop punk and alternative rock. Ever since he was a kid, he would karaoke all the time at family gatherings. At the age of 13, he began learning guitar and piano. By the time he turned 14, he was writing lyrics. When 2023 rolled around, he had released numerous songs with Before You Go, as well as an original solo song.

          Born in Muskegon, Michigan, Samuel "Sky" Horton found his love for music in middle school band and later playing in bands with his high school friends. Always eager to collaborate, Sky has joined with BYG to help bring the sound to the next level with his hi-gain guitar sound and pop punk vocals.

Nurse by day, vocalist by night! Canada-born Elizabeth “Bee” Ridge has been making music for as long as she can remember, mainly screaming in the basement and scaring the neighbours. Starting with piano and guitar lessons then moving into musical theatre, Bee finally found her home in singing along to alternative rock and her one true love, My Chemical Romance. BYG is hopefully just the first of many projects to feature her unique sound and explosive energy!

Born in Texas, most of Ryan's early music taste consisted of only country. At the age of 7, Ryan received his first guitar and his first glimpse at pop punk thanks to Green Day. By age 10, Ryan began taking guitar lessons with a teacher who would introduce him to more influences. In 7th grade, Ryan took a his first (and only) year of choir. Since age 13, Ryan has continued to play guitar, piano, and improve his singing. He self-taught himself to play guitar and piano.

Red is an American baritone singer with roots tracing back to Mexico and Germany. He found his passion for writing music around 2013. Ever since then, he has had a steady stream of writing music. He tries to dwell in every genre possible.

Red's Main Influences: David Bowie, Nine Inch Nails, Blue October, The Dear Hunter, Subsonic Eye, Age Factory, Kings of Leon, and Tricot.

          Born and raised in Washington State, USA, Kden discovered his passion for music at a very early age. On his 13th birthday, he received his first guitar. This created the domino effect of him gathering new instruments such as bass and keyboard, prompting him to self-teach himself how to play those instruments. By age 16, Kden was becoming a serious songwriter. Starting with grunge, he eventually moved onto experimental acoustic tracks for his solo work. To this date, Kden has released music with three bands (including Before You Go) and his solo projects. Kden's love for music continues to grow as his musical influences evolve.

          Ivan is the ex-backup vocalist, bassist, and pianist for Before You Go. Originally a part of the founding lineup, he stepped down due to his life being busy, but still sticks around and supports the band from the crowd.

From the United States, Rae has always been fascinated by all kinds of music. From singing in elementary choir to picking up the violin for the first time at age 8, making music has been a lifelong constant. Karaoke and showering-singing were her favorite past times, but it was only at 16 (quarantined at home for Covid-19) that Rae took a detour from classical music, explore other genres, and make her own independent art. Pop punk and alternative rock were a natural avenue, since they neatly matched up with Rae's music taste. Before You Go is the first project Rae has joined in what will hopefully become a list of many.

Travis got into songwriting through a lot of the people he grew up with. He grew up around South Carolina, where a lot of people listened to pop rock. Despite Travis being reluctant to listen to the genre, he grew to like it a lot. He appreciates the upbeat sound combined with the often dark and gritty lyrics. This was his gateway into pop punk, with bands like Green Day. He eventually got into the more pop music such as Adele, Ed Sheeran, and Ariana Grande while also enjoying classic bands such as The Commodes, Stevie Wonder, and Earth, Wind & Fire. He was invited to join the band by Gage when they wrote a song together (Lost With You).

Travis's Main Influences: Green Day, Pharell Williams, Timbaland, Outkast, Blue Note, Kanye West, Ed Sheeran, Art Pepper, and John Coltrane.

Introduced to music at a very young age (ranging anywhere from rock to country), Mich was intrigued with their mom's side of the family (they themselves being huge Bruce Springsteen fans). At this point, Mich was sucked right into the music scene. Born and raised in Massachusetts, USA, Mich started singing in their school's choir at 7 years old. By the age of 9, Mich's school was accepted into the MMEA (Massachusetts Music Education Association) Central District choir. In the following years, the choir would add in instruments to their performance, including but not limited to, guitar, piano, bass, and drums. Mich has experience from their past band "Flow of Gravity" and other collaborations. Unfortunately, due to a busy schedule, Mich had to drop out from the band.

Mich's Main Influences: Bruce Springsteen, Green Day, My Chemical Romance, Nirvana, Twenty One Pilots, Sex Pistols, Queen, and The Beatles.
