HABERSHAM VISITING PLAYER WAIVER

Habersham Neighborhood Association Inc. and Habersham Land Company Inc. 

Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability Release Form 

For Adults 18 and Over 

READ CAREFULLY 

In consideration of my participation in tennis and/or pickleball events held in the Habersham neighborhood for the year 2026, I, the undersigned, hereby waive, forgive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, bodily injury, or property damage which I may have or which hereafter may accrue to me against the Habersham Neighborhood Association and/or Habersham Land Company, its employees, directors, o􀀁icers, or agents which may result from my participation in the aforementioned activity. I understand that serious accidents occasionally occur during such activity and agree to assume the risk, including the possibility of serious personal injury or death associated with such participation, and to release and hold harmless all of the persons or entities mentioned above even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of said persons or entities. It is further agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my guests, heirs and assigns, and is intended to release those persons or entities from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in such activity. 

I HAVE READ THE ABOVE ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY RELEASE FORM AND HAVE UNDERSTOOD ITS TERMS. BY SIGNING IT I AFFIRM THAT IT IS MY INTENTION TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE THE HABERSHAM NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION INC. AND HABERSHAM LAND COMPANY INC. FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE. I INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
