Successfully bid to host the Undergraduate Linguistics Association of Britain's 2021 conference 

Led and executed the 3-day conference as Local Chair 

Collaborated with the ULAB National and Local Committees to support and promote

Coordinated the move online due to COVID and designed an intuitive MS Teams space

Designed a Discord server category for the conference, modelled off the GA Conf server

Oversaw all 45 abstract submissions and double-blind reviewing via EasyChair

Oversaw all communication with over 50 speakers

Won £4000 for BSL interpretation from the University of Aberdeen Development Trust 

Led conference accessibility and provided all support to BSL interpreters

Scheduled over 30 talks, poster sessions, 3 panels, and 3 socials 

Executed comprehensive social media plan in the lead-up to the conference
