Step 1: Complete the PDF application.

Step 2: Gather your proof of your Basic Skills. We've got a page on that here, but most likely you'll fill out form CL-130.

Step 3: Email the items from Step 1 & 2 PDF's to linda.reddy@simivalleyusd.org. You don't need to attach your transcript to the email because you'll need to send an official version in Step 4...

Step 4: Order your official transcript and either bring a sealed copy into the Office in Simi Valley, OR order an official transcript delivered by email to linda.reddy@simivalleyusd.org.

Step 5: Tell CSUN that you've completed your application by filling out this form.
