Do not create folders in Plans. Use Sets instead.
Single PDFs, (one sheet per file)are to be named using only the Sheet number
Ex: A001
Combined PDFs should be named with the project number and description. All sheets within the PDF are labeled
Ex: 000000.00 – Issue for permit
All uploaded PDFs are to be uploaded as Sets. See the "Sets" Tab next to Folder Tab top left of screen.

When uploading PDFs, Title Blocks must be created to use the OCR (Object Character Recognition) to extract information from the printed PDF title blocks. You will need to extract Sheet Name, Sheet Number as well as the additionally added BBA custom Index parameters listed in previous steps above. Please name the Title Blocks as follows.

Publish at every Milestone.
BBA recommends Publishing before and after large changes as a means of additional Backup.
Additional publishing is welcome as desired.
All models are required to maintain a publish settings set named "ALL". This should be set such that it is the set used for the weekly automatic publish. This set will Include
