- Use your search tools in your email client to search for
- Autodesk BIM 360
- BIM360ent.no-reply@autodesk.com
- Open your web browser (Chrome recommended)
- Click into the address bar
- Type in the address bar,
- https://team.bim360.com/ (18 & older projects)
- https://docs.b360.autodesk.com/ (19 & newer projects)
- Verify you are viewing the Baker Barrios "Hub"
- (image 01 / 18 & older projects)
- (image 02/ 19 & newer projects)
- Browse to the project and select/ open
- Upon opening the project if prompted to accept the invite, do so. If you are not prompted you are invited/ have permissions and the issue exist in Revit.
- Verify you are signed into your Autodesk account in the upper right corner of the Revit interface.
- If you still do not have access Download the Web Services reset tool
- Logout of Revit (Top right)
- Restart your computer.
- Login to Revit
- In Revit Browse via the big blue "B" (BIM360) to see if you now have access.
