The Barrington School Foundation (BSF) is a non-profit organization that supports and collaborates with the Barrington School District to enhance learning opportunities beyond those typically funded through public resources. Beginning this year, the Foundation is offering Educational Innovation Mini Grants to support creative, innovative, and impactful projects that enrich the educational experiences of Barrington’s students. These grants are intended to fund programs, projects, or materials that address student needs, promote innovation, and expand opportunities for learning across the district’s schools.
Annual Grant Budget
The Barrington School Foundation allocates grant funding by school to ensure equitable access across the district:
Barrington Middle School (BMS): $2,000
Barrington Elementary School (BES): $2,000

Individual grants may be awarded for up to $250. Educators with project ideas that exceed the $250 limit are encouraged to contact the Foundation to discuss potential options.
