In addition to collaborating with the Barrington’s schools, we team up with other town organizations like the PTO and End68 Hours of Hunger to do projects that support our town’s children and educators. We collaborate with local businesses as well.

To kick of 2022, we started a rotating display of student artwork at Pond View Acres Assisted Living. Each month a BSF volunteer coordinates getting fresh student artwork into the Pond View Acres common room. It's a wonderful collaboration between Pond View Acres, BMS and BES art teachers, and student artists.

On a sunny Saturday in December we teamed up with the Barrington Rec Center, Library, ECLC, and Barrington PTO to create the drive-thru event of the year! Over 500 children (in 220+ cars) came through the Rec/ECLC parking lot on a Polar Express-themed tour. We handed out winter/holiday books and activities and made sure families knew about the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. Such a great day!

Once again we collaborated with End 68 Hours of Hunger Barrington to provide children in our town with some summer essentials. We provided a bag of reading materials, sunblock, paper/markers, modeling clay, Mad Libs packet, bug repellent bracelets, headlamp (and batteries), shadow puppet handout, scratch art, and AAA activity maps (donated by AAA) for Barrington kiddos who participate in End 68 of Hunger. We wish them a safe, creative, and fun summer!

We would like to thank the Barrington Public Library's Board of Trustees for acquiring award-winning books for the middle school recipients.

Creativity Studio partnered with the Barrington School Foundation to bring you this fun, spring-time craft. A portion of the proceeds supported the our initiatives.

We are so happy to collaborate with Barrington End 68 Hours of Hunger. We created a “Summer Essentials” bag for children who participate in End 68 hours of hunger. Items included sunblock, insect repellent bracelet, art supplies, books (donated by Barnes & Noble), a deck of cards & card game handout and AAA Mini Map activity booklets (donated by AAA). We wish the End 68 kiddos a safe, fun, and creative summer.
